The dress seems to be a little bit fitted with the high waist and ran a little snug on me (5'4" inches and 117 pounds; I would consider ordering up a size, though the dress would be a little lower in the neckline and length-(*if you plan on layering the dress with a Cami camisole or blouse the dress may be too tight).
