Harlow White Dress Crochet Fridge Edge Flapper 6

Off-white flapper dress from Harlow. Sleeveless with a scoop neck and high back. Fully lined and small crochet kit design. Knit have floral flower designs on them here and there. The bottom has white fringe. I'm not sure if it was washed improperly but the lining seems longer than the dress, it may need to be hemmed. There's also a tear on back, probably fixable. See photos.
