Heart of Haute tie front blouse

Reposhing this item I purchased from @sackdress. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below! I've worn it a few times and is in good condition, it's just too small on me now. I'd suggest 32" bust and 26" waist
