Herman Cain. USA. This is a 100% coat. The tag is in the side. This is beautiful it has hidden pockets in the front. The code is immaculate. It is a camel color sort of like a long Pea jacket. It has a beautiful, soft pink satin lining inside. There is new size tags. However, the measurements are from under arm to under arms 22 inches.
