This skirt is in very good condition and it comes from a smoke free home. It is size medium and it has an elastic waist. It measures 15 inches from the top of the skirt to the bottom and the Waist Penn measures 13 1/2 inches across and stretches to 21 inches across. The skirt is stretchy. Please see pictures.

tanya_kinnen If I offer $7 it’s still $7.95 shipping plus tax so that’s $15 I’m paying anyways, priced at $10 I’m paying almost $25

repurposed1 @tanya_kinnen I completely understand. I do offer 40% off any bundle of 2 or more items. There are pros and cons of Poshmark shipping. If you are buying multiple items, the shipping is still $7.95 up to 5 pounds which is great but if you’re buying 1 lower priced item you end up paying more for the shipping.
