Hula Star ruffle bikini - 2T

This adorable bikini is in used but good condition and still adorable. I bought this from Nordstroms and even though it’s a 2T my daughter wore it at 15- 17 months with a swim diaper and then again the next summer at 25-26 months without a swim diaper. It’s been washed several times so there is some pilling etc.
