I.N. San Francisco cocktail dress size 3 Ties around neck pleats black blue

Low cut neckline and ties around back of neck. Zipper in back…seam is a little bulged as shown. There is no hole. Flattering pleating It does zipper all the way up but didn’t fit my dress form. Measurements in photos. There not really any stretch so please check measurements Great for a date night a night out.
