IT Tiffany skinny jeans distressed. Sz 4

It Tiffany skinny jeans. Distressed. They have light markings on bottom part of legs. I didn’t notice until taking photos so they will be marked lower for that. Not sure if it’s paint or if it can come out in wash. See last two photos! Thank you:)
