Ian Michael Mens Wool Blend Coat Size Large Navy Italy New York Size L Zipper

This coat looks really dark to me, but the tag says it is navy. I have lights, but I could not get it to show navy. See photos for measurements and measurement of open seam inside coat lining at left sleeve opening. This could easily be sewn back it is not ripped at the material just in the seam.
