@dbali126 Hi! It actually does not, it didn't come with one when I bought it, I wore a bralette with it but some of the other girls in the wedding party didn't even wear a bra with it at all and it seemed to work just as well! 🙂

@dbali126 Happy new year to you too!! I can measure it in just a bit! I am 5'3 myself and I did NOT wear heels and it came down to my ankle, didn't touch the ground at all!
