J. Crew Stretch Matchstick Jeans Like New SZ 29S

They are in excellent condition. I can’t find a actual size tag other than “299”. The 29” makes sense as it’s about the actual waist size, the other 9, maybe you can tell me?! 30.5” inseam. Anyway they are great!
