JWLA Empire Waist split neck knit blouse

Beautiful smock/empire/slight baby doll silhouette, embroidered blouse. Soft black cotton blend fabric w/lovely drape. Very good condition except for a few popped stitches on front bib seam. It’s double stitched so there no holes as a result. Can easily be repaired. Only noticed them when held up to the sunlight for pics. Still plenty of life left in this comfy beautiful top. measurements-taken flat: pit to pit 22”; high waist at 21”; bottom hem, 28”; length from shoulder top to bottom hem 28”
