Both jacket and pants are being sold. The jacket has a small scuff on the front right side as well as the pants on the left side. This can be seen on the third and last picture. It is not noticeable though and can only be seen if you really inspect them. The jacket also has a stain in the inside (can be seen in the 10th picture), but will obviously not show once worn. Additionally, the stain might be able to come out if you have a stain remover. Overall, this suit is in great condition with minor, unnoticeable, flaws. I will be lowering the price significantly however for this reason.**
