Jessica Howard 2 piece top & skirt set. Top has pretty iridescent rectangular buttons, two slash pockets, 3/4 sleeves with tie, back also has tie at waist. Rounded neck with V cut just before 1st button. Shoulder to hem is 21 1/2”. Straight skirt has zip back with 6 1/2” kick pleat and elastic at the back of waist. Waist to hem is 22 1/2”.
