This is new with tags. The color is black. The fabric content is 92% cotton, 8% spandex. The top is like yoga pants. The bottom is wide leg. I would best describe these as loose fitting tights. The leg opening is 20 inches measured around. The waist is 42 inches stretches to about 54 inches. The length from top to bottom is 43 inches. There are no pockets or drawstring, but these are very stretchy and comfortable.
