A confection of a dress with lot of fabric in the skirt and an incorporated slip with netting. the top of this has been altered to make. it stay up! check your measurements. This could be reversed to make it larger again. It is shown on a small mannequin. Small fabric damage on the skirt, shown in picture. This would be an exciting dress for the right girl!!
