John Smedley Knit Tee

It’s a lovely green (‘Willow’) knit tee that has somewhat fallen on hard times. Note minor discoloration around the neck, four holes on the wearer’s left sleeve (second-to-last picture, where the top circle shows a tiny hole and the bottom circle shows two larger holes and another tiny hole), and a hole on the wearer’s back right (last picture). The holes were the result of accidental snags from a fabric shaver, but could potentially be repaired. Otherwise, the shirt is in fine condition, comes with its original tag, and is knit with an intricate texture (described as a pique stitch) and lightweight Sea Island cotton (known for having long, silky fibers). Made in England. About 20” wide and 29.5” long and the knit fabric can stretch a bit.
