Jones New York 3/4 Sleeve Velvet Panel Top L

A very cute and stylish blouse that is made out of soft and stretchy, t-shirt like material. It has rolled 3/4 length sleeves secured by a faux button. The semi-sheer velvet polka dot panel buttons down with 4 gold toned buttons. It is in good pre-loved condition with only a tiny pinhole a the back collar (most likely from a price tag) and 1 button is missing from the left sleeve that isn't super noticeable as shown.
