Juicy Couture navy blue velvet velour smocked tie puffed sleeves dress Size large - tie at the waist that can be wrapped around and tied in the back or tied in a cute little knot in the front. I’ll be honest! This was a hard piece to photograph. It looks so much better in person (velour is just hard to photograph). In the first photo (the covershot) I have a black version shown that is similar and in the LAST photo I am showing it off in black so you can get a better feel of the overall look.
