This is from 2008-2009, before Kates passing. There are some slight scratches on the silver plate. But you can only see them if you hold the frame under a light or flashlight. There is a little chip on the one corner, but when the frame is standing, you can't see it. The reflection of the frame is amazing. It is a mirror finish. It is a beautiful picture frame.
