Kate Spade Broome Street Black Stretchy Fit & Flare Dress sz XS PW5

A great basic dress that looks like it belongs on Zooey Deschanel. This is a fit and flare style dress with a full skirt, a fitted bodice, and 3/4 length sleeves. The neckline is super unique and is like an inverted boatneck. Not sure how to describe it. It's very modern and simple. Gently used condition. It is wrinkled from being stored, but there is no damage, staining, or major wear. Size extra small; see photos for measurement details. Fabric does have a bit of stretch, so take that into account when reviewing measurements.
