L8teR Tunic / Mini Dress Pink (see notes on size)

I have no idea if this is supposed to be a shirt or dress. It’s a size large but I’m an xs/small and I’ve worn it as a dress. Hand-me-down from a friend but still in excellent condition, no flaws. Not sure what the fabric is but it feels like 100% cotton. Last photo is the most color-accurate.
