Great condition with no visible flaws but the elastic in the waistband has a twist in one area and I'm having trouble straightening it out, but I'm sure it can be done. There is also a dry cleaner sticker on the inner waistband, which wouldn't be visible when worn. Pet/smoke-free home. Check measurement photos to ensure a proper fit!!!
