Is this flaw under the arm? Hard to tell. Is the stitch just loose? No hole or pull in the fabric? Thanks so much!

@mountainmirage hello! The pulled fabric is on the right arm close to the armpit. If you look at the picture with the measurement from chest to chest you can see it on the left side side above the 2inches. The jacket does not have any holes or any other found pulled fabrics.
