Love 83 Stretchy High Neck Tank

NWT Blue stretchy high neck ( lower turtleneck) tank. Can easily be worn as a summer blouse. Size 2XL. Please keep in mind when looking at measurements that it will stretch. Seems quite small for a 2XL, but pit to pit stretches to about 18".
