Navy blue with light pink floral pattern maxi dress from Lulu’s. Ruffled flowy bottom, sheer top layer with lining. Sleeveless, v-neck with patterned trim along the chest. Ruffles along the chest and shoulders. Great condition. I am 5’4” and wore 1 inch heels without the dress touching the floor.
