Luna Claire green mini dress or tunic with exaggerated dolman sleeves and draped neckline. Very loose fitting and fitted at hip and thigh. Long, loose sleeves with elastic around cuffs (elastic is also loose on my medium frame). OS - One size fits most. Very good used condition.
