Vintage Madame Alexander | Effanbee Doll, "Pun'kin" with original box and tags This little sweetheart has never been released from her box! She is in absolute MINT condition! She has the sweetest chubby face with little freckles, adorned in a precious plaid patchwork dress and straw hat with matching bow. She's perfect with her button up cream shoes. Her sleepy eyes open and shut . These dolls have all been previously owned and are in their original box. Please see photos for condition.
