I made an offer on the black jumper on August 30th and it was accepted , my credit card billed . Then on August 31 , I received an offer from you , which obviously I did not accept due to the fact that I had already purchased it . On September 1st I receive a notice of cancellation on my order . It’s clear that you sold that item for a higher price than you had accepted from me . I know this not how Free People does business . Regardless it should have been honored .

I don’t understand why you are not offering larger sizes in your postings? My daughter is not a small or extra small and it hurts me to tell her what she has picked out isn’t offered in her size. Don’t BUY from these people. My item came and it is terrible. I got ahold of them and asked about the shirt. Assuring me it was very nice. I received it and it’s NOT worth more than $5 and I feel totally ripped off. Their attitude is we don’t take returns EVEN when you have been ripped off. There are many sellers out there so I would never buy from these two again. RUN DONT WALK! This is NOT over. DO NOT BUY OR let them trick you.
