From the mark, it probably dates to the 1930s. There is handling wear to the green paint on the handle, and one very small chip on one of the leaf tips - see photos for condition. It measures about 8 inches long and 7 inches wide. It is marked on the underneath with the Meissen crossed swords brand, and embossed with the numbers 362 and 26.
