There is a hook and loop closure at the cuffs and corded at the hem to keep the wind out and the warmth in. This size M jacket has a regular fit and is machine washable for easy care. It measures 22in pit to pit and 25in shoulder to hem. There are a couple of thread bare spots at the cuffs and a small burn mark as shown in the pictures. In overall good condition
