&Merci Black Ruffle Sleeve Blouse EUC

This is a lovely feminine &Merci black ruffle sleeve blouse. It is a lightweight cotton fabric and is lined with cotton, so it is very breathable for warm days. Long sleeves are unlined and have elastic at the cuff. Slightly cropped length. Armpit to armpit approx 21". Length measuring from top of shoulder to hem is approx 23". Back is approx 1.5" longer. *Size tag shows small, but I listed this as small to medium based on the measurements above.
