What is the chest measurement? Is the pocket tear inside the pocket? It looks like it has been dry cleaned. Please advise. Thanks

@useitorsellit hi! The chest measurement is 19 inches zipped. Yes the hole is inside the pocket and has been dry cleaned. Only other flaw is the slight peeling on the two shoulders that aren’t noticeable.
