The cutest ruffle goes around the bottom. The sleeve can be rolled up and buttoned down should you you wish to wear them that way. Pit to pit measures 20”, sleeve length is 25”, and length of coat is 33”. No flaws or blemishes. If you look close at the back of the coat, you’ll see some dark spots.
