Vintage, mint condition, Saxophone playing and sometimes he sways with his music Bill Clinton. There is an on off button behind his feet. Switch to left and hit red button in front. Takes 3 AA Batteries. You may have noticed the tape on the battery cover. It has always been loose, I put tape on so it would not get misplaced. He works perfectly without the cover on if you prefer. Highly collectible and a funny find!
