The fabric is 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex and is very lightweight and flowing. The condition is very good. The approximate flat lay measurements are 16 1/4" armpit to armpit, 13 1/2" at the waist and 59" shoulder to hem. It should be dry cleaned only. From a smoke-free environment.
