Multicolored patchwork Velvet christmas skirt with tassels

Reposhing this item I purchased from @vmb2g. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. it was a little bit to small for what I needed. there is missing 1 tassel. from a smoke free but not pet free home for those with allergies.
