What size is this top? Does it run true to size or should I go up?

@tabartley55 Hii I’d say it’s true to size. It’s pretty roomy. It has the adjustable drawstring at the waist so you can make it a tight or loose fit. Let me know if you need any measurements! I’m wearing a size small in the pictures.
