NWOT Black Bead cute light blue off the shoulder flowy crop top. Round hem, flowy sleeves, and elastic around the neck and arms. Size Small Measures approximately, Elastic end to end around the chest unstretched 24" Length from top of elastic to hem on the sides 10" Length from top of elastic to the hem in front 12" ***Please Note. I cut off the clear plastic hang straps, see last photo. One broke on me so I removed them***
