These are new pants with the tag on the backside of the pants, but not the purchase amount tag. Zipper works great and button is intact:) There are a few tiny spots and a tiny snag (see photos). Be sure to compare my measurements to something you own to be sure this will fit you as you like! I am not responsible for how this item fits you.
