NWT- Fabulous Rouched black mini dress

This is a fabulous dress! The pictures do not do it justice! Marked as adult medium, but would be great for teen also, depending on measurements. Zipper down back. Small pads sewn into shldrs. Bought at local boutique. Was originally $68, but marked down 20%. The “touching” makes it very flattering!!
