@valhalla11 I added a new photo that lists all the materials and I measured the dress from pit to pit and it came out to about 15in for me if that helps any. I will say that since the back is elastic, the sizing is flexible and small person could likely wear it just fine without stretching the elastic backing much. It’s honestly very cute and summery and feels like comfy material. Hope that helps!
