NWT Hannah brand ladies top in a periwinkle blue with 3/4 ruffled sleeves, size 3X. Has a pretty lace detail down the front and a ruffle around the bottom. Measures 30 1/2” from armpit to armpit and 27 1/2” from shoulder to hem. In new condition.
