Brand new with tags. I believe it's vintage (Deadstock) Women's JH Collectibles Embellished Short Sleeve Floral Top Size 3. Off white with gold, beaded floral design, button Front Closure. the buttons are further apart, so it definitely could be worn open as a short sleeve sweater or buttoned. I believe this is a vintage top as the company was bought out by Liz Claiborne, I believe, in 1997. The front is a different material than the sleeves and back panel.
