New no case In the title I used "purple" as that is what the manufacturer label says However in my personal opinion I think these are mostly blue. It seems the manufacturer is referencing the darker part of the sunglass which seems to be the darkest purple possible, almost like a black or brown. so if color really matters to you please skip this item. Please do your research on product and color before purchase as I want you to be happy.
