Think Britney Spears and Kim Kardashian! This dress is form fitting to the max. Made of thick stretch cotton, it is a definite head turner. Wear it with a plunging v-neck in front and scoop neck in back or vice versa. It's reversible. Color is bright turquoise. Fabric is 95% cotton, 5% spandex. Tag size is Junior Small (S), but this is most certainly an XS or XXS. This is slim cut.
