NWT Sanctuary " pull on cargo pants " XL Elastic waist with tie , 2 side pockets and one side pocket with snap closure. 100% lyocell . Measurements flat lay: ~ 15" . Inseam ~ 26" please see above photos for what was measured. Very light weight material I would think these would be perfect for the warmer weather .
