It has a beautiful square neckline that has a "faux jacket" look and an adorable jeweled flower that a little girl will fall in love with! Short-sleeves and made of a lightweight spandex-polyester material that looks like velvet, but it's not nearly as hot and heavy. The dress has the flexible feel that allows easy movement for a young child. The bodice is ruched with tiny flecks of sparkly "glitter" as is the top outer layer of the tutu skirt.
