NWT Talbots Red Skirt, Size 16

This cute red skirt has four decorative gold buttons and a 9.5” kick pleat in the front. Skirt has an 8” invisible, side zipper is completely lined. Fabric content is 94% cotton and 6% spandex. Measurements are length 23” and waistband 38 inches. I am disclosing on last picture on back of skirt a hardly noticeable snag in fabric.
