NWT Vintage 90's Burgundy/Maroon Dress with Sparkly Floral Bodice

It has a stretchy non-form fitting A-line soft & flowing skirt with a bodice that has a sparkly silver rhinestone floral pattern on it, in a rich burgundy/maroon color. It's made of 92% soft acetate & 8% spandex for lots of comfortable stretch. Size M(9/10). It hits me at knee level (5'3"). NEW with tags still on it. Non smoking & pet hair free home. Very Vintage 90's!😍 Made in USA!
